Thirty years ago, we started J.C. Richards Construction with a simple goal: do quality work, treat people fairly, and honor our commitments.

Since 1996, we've had the privilege of helping clients throughout Washington build, renovate, and improve the places where people work, learn, heal, and gather. Along the way, we've learned that construction is about much more than concrete and steel. It's about relationships, trust, and following through on the promises we make.

We're especially grateful that much of our work today comes from repeat clients and referrals. We believe that's one of the greatest compliments a contractor can receive, and we've never taken it for granted.

Thirty years in this business doesn't happen alone.

Thirty years is a milestone we're proud of, but we're even more excited about what's ahead. We look forward to continuing to serve our clients and our community with the same commitment that has guided us since 1996.
